Willamette Personal Computer Services is building a computer software application to assist Nursery Plant growing operations with their production.
Our research indicates that there are currently Nursery software products available that are expensive ($4000+) and really only provide high end accounting assistance (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll) to nursery operations. We were asked to fill a need for smaller nursery operations that did not have dedicated information service departments or accounting offices. The software we are creating fills that void.
We are pleased to release what we have created thus far. Although it is a work in progress, the plant tracking mechanism is in place and usable. The priority was to create a plant tracking mechanism that does what all other nursery systems don't, which is managing the actual growing of plants and all the information needed to repeat it seasonally.
